Last week rates developed a trend. The first movements this morning have retracted a little, but I am still bullish on rates for the week. Government  speakers are talking up the economy, but I just don't see the recovery picking up steam yet.

Soon the President will be blaming the media for being negative and encouraging people not to spend. I actually think it is more real concern and for many real unemployment.
