Last week we saw already low interest rates go lower. Good for home buyers. Not good for the general economy. Housing is at all time affordable levels. Chattanooga is a top 3 city in affordability measures.
Despite these figures - low home prices and low interest rates - national housing remains depressed.
Coupled with high unemployment, the economic recovery may be in trouble.
