Rates are holding steady this week. The big news for the week will be unemployment figures. This Thursday the bank stress test results are being published. Really expect little impact from the report as it appears that most of the report data has been leaked, and all the banks are working to spin the results.
Daily Lock Advisory is advising that borrowers lock, based on the idea that rates cannot get much lower.
