We had a good show last Saturday, with Randy Durham, the President of Chattanooga Association of Realtors. During the show we talked about several topics, but we started with the coming changes to the FHA home loan program.

1. The increase in monthly mortgage insurance.

2 The proposal to lower seller concessions on purchase transactions.
